Villages and Markets
in St-Germain-des-Prés

For a few days, the prestigious squares of Saint-Germain-des-Prés are transformed into small themed villages and markets with dozens of stands led by professionals in the fields of tourism, crafts, culture and gastronomy.

They give the Parisian public the opportunity to experience a specific event of the year (Christmas, Easter, holidays) - or to discover a taste of the culture and flavours of a French country or region.

Where to go?
Place Saint-Germain-des-Prés

Located along the church garden and the park and children's area, the villages of the Place Saint-Germain-des-Prés consist of an average of forty to fifty wooden stalls and chalets measuring 2 metres by 3 metres over an area of 2,400 m².

Nearby you will find the thousand-year-old Abbey of St-Germain-des-Prés, as well as the famous brasseries and literary cafés such as Café Flore, Brasserie Lipp or Procope.

Place Saint-Sulpice

With its 8400 m², the Place Saint-Sulpice can accommodate more stands, as well as stages, tents and even yurts.

A must for shopping with its brand name boutiques, home to many popular art and design fairs, it is the meeting place for the arts, culture, intellectuals and lovers of the Left Bank.
